Maison François Paris was born from a memory, an emotion, a fragrance that lingered in the mind.

Since childhood, Flavian François has had a taste for exceptional places. From a very young age, he traveled to join his father, a renowned Michelin-starred chef who worked in prestigious luxury hotels in France, Switzerland, and the United States.

These travels became his first memories of elegance: silent lobbies, soft lights, hushed corridors, perfectly prepared rooms, subtle fragrances floating in the air, and that unique feeling of entering a timeless place.

Over the years, these images remained etched in his mind. They became a source of inspiration, almost an inner language: that of beautiful places, perfect details, sincere hospitality, and discreet emotion.

Later, Flavian, in turn, built his career at the heart of the most beautiful Parisian luxury hotels. There he discovered the demanding standards, precision, and art of creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

Passionate about travel, he continued to explore the world, encountering exceptional hotels, inspiring décors, and places that tell a story from the very first moments.

From these childhood memories, this family legacy, and his experience in luxury hospitality, Maison François Paris was born.
